Forest Ridge is a family run landscape design, installation and maintenance company. We work on a variety of contracts throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. With commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, soft scaping, grading, retaining walls, planting and sodding.

**We are hiring for: Landscape Garden Crew Labourer**

**Job Duties**:

- Aid in the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM
- Aid in the planting and sourcing of plants, flowers, trees, and other landscape materials
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, mulching of established landscapes
- Operate a variety of gardening tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate power equipment including (but not limited to) line trimmers, ride/stand on mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruning saws, sod cutters
- Conduct daily inspections on vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Manual lifting of up to 50lbs

**Application Requirements**
- Reliable Transportation to and from the yard
- G driver’s license (Considered an Asset)
- Previous certificates i.e. First Aid, Fall Protection, considered an asset
- Ability to Work Monday-Saturday

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
