**Role & Responsibilities**

As a Retail Business Consultant, you will be responsible for executing activities facilitating a deeper relationship with retail and wholesale data suppliers including delivery and support of services provided.

Retail Business Consultant:

- Delivers and provides support for a set of retail and wholesale customers.
- Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfils report requests and responds to customer questions under mínimal supervision.
- Performs routine data analysis to develop customer specific insights and solutions to customer business challenges.
- Validates / QA’s reporting and deliverables.
- Ensures that deliverables meet customer specifications including timelines and quality.
- Identifies and communicates internally, opportunities to offer greater support.
- Maintains effective internal and external communications.
- Proactively develops knowledge base and understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace with emphasis on wholesale and retail distribution.
- Serves internally as the expert on assigned customers business.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four (4) years relevant customer service &/or account management experience
- Technical proficiency with relational databases
- Ability to set vision and direction
- Ability to influence outcomes
- Team-orientated

**Rôle et responsabilités**

En tant que consultant en commerce de détail, vous serez responsable de l’exécution des activités facilitant une relation plus profonde avec les fournisseurs de données de détail et de gros, y compris la livraison et le soutien des services fournis.

Consultant en commerce de détail:

- Fournit et fournit un support à un ensemble de clients de détail et de gros.
- Recueille les exigences, élabore des rapports personnalisés, répond aux demandes de rapports et répond aux questions des clients sous une supervision mínimale.
- Effectue une analyse de données de routine pour développer des informations et des solutions spécifiques aux clients aux défis commerciaux des clients.
- Valide / AQ les rapports et les livrables.
- S’assure que les livrables répondent aux spécifications du client, y compris les délais et la qualité.
- Identifie et communique à l’interne, des occasions d’offrir un plus grand soutien.
- Maintient des communications internes et externes efficaces.
- Développe de manière proactive la base de connaissances et la compréhension du marché pharmaceutique en mettant l’accent sur la distribution en gros et au détail.
- Sert en interne en tant qu’expert sur les affaires des clients assignés.

- Baccalauréat
- Quatre (4) ans d’expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle et/ou en gestion de compte
- Maîtrise technique des bases de données relationnelles
- Capacité de définir la vision et l’orientation
- Capacité d’influencer les résultats
- Axé sur l’équipe
