Are you a Tech Lead with a strong technical Background? Do you have strong experience leading projects based around custom software development? We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team in developing innovative mobile apps. **Responsibilities**
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Analyzing and documenting internal (technology) process and suggesting improvements
- Supporting Tech team work with other departments on their process documentation and gathering Business/System requirements
- Research standards and best practices around process maturity and how to improve
- Coordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel

**Software Development Support**
- Manage local and international development team; facilitate daily Skype meetings
- Lead the planning and implementation of software agile projects
- Provide technical direction and support to the software development team
- Contribute toward continuous improvement of software development methodology
- Stay current with the latest tools and technologies for software development with focus on ios and android development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Proven work experience as a Tech Manager or similar role
- High energy with a “sense of urgency” and a “take charge” attitude
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly skilled in researching the latest tools and technology
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables at the same time
- Experience with project management tools Jira, Basecamp, Asana and Trello
- Previous experience in a startup or healthcare organization preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
