**Pay**: $20.88 per hour
**Hours**: 40 per week - evenings and weekends - flexibility required

**About the Role**:
As a **Supervisor** at **S.P.I.K.E Inc.**, you will be the driving force behind our team’s success and the cornerstone of our resident support. Your role combines leadership, creativity, and hands-on involvement to maintain the high standards of care and philosophy we pride ourselves on.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Lead with Impact**:
Build strong, respectful relationships, model SPIKE’s philosophy, and create a motivating environment. Your leadership will involve inspiring your team, mediating conflicts, and encouraging innovative solutions.

**Manage Staff Effectively**:
Oversee performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure thorough training. Handle scheduling and maintain high standards of care and job adherence.

**Support Residents**:
Act as a liaison with families and agencies, advocate for residents, and manage their healthcare needs, including appointments and medication.

**Ensure Compliance**:
Stay updated with SPIKE’s policies, manage documentation, and oversee household operations. Conduct meetings and prepare essential reports.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experienced Leader**: With at least 2 years in a related field and proven supervisory skills, you excel in organization and communication.
- **Certified Professional**: Hold certifications in CPR and First Aid Level C, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and a valid Manitoba Class 5F driver’s license.
- **Clearances**: Have completed criminal record and abuse registry checks.
- **Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of ASL is a plus
