**Full job description**:
Kwa’lilas Hotel is seeking an inherent night owl to complete our Front Desk team Kwa'lilas Hotel is located on Northern Vancouver Island in scenic Port Hardy, B.C. The Night Audit is responsible for the oversight of the Front Desk between the hours of 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. The Night Audit provides exceptional customer service, processes overnight check ins/outs, and completes light accounting and reporting functions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Complete check ins/outs
- Answer various questions and requests from guests
- Balance's accounts from the day shift
- Distribute guest's final bills and collect payment
- Count and verify cash float
- Complete shift audits as required
- Print updates in-house, arrival, departure, and room status reports every two hours, pending activity.
- Provide information to guest's about local activities, trails, tours, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Role Requirements**:

- Customer Service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Comfortable using programs such as MS Office and hotel reservation software.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
