**Job Description**:
The QA Reporting & Systems Specialist will support the Quality Assurance (QA) department, which includes Product Integrity and Compliance (PIC), QA Raw Materials, QA Finished Goods, Returns and Warranty. The Specialist will act as the team’s expert and primary resource for any Business Intelligence (BI) systems used within the QA function. The Specialist will also support the QA Strategic Projects and Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager on various tasks related to the company’s strategic goals as well as identify opportunities for better efficiency resulting in savings. The Specialist will be a champion of change and effective communicator.

**Qualifications**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support QA Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager on Monster Goals activities
- Act as primary support and development for the QA Department’s BI Tools: TrackVia, Salesforce, Microsoft D365, Microsoft Teams, MS Office Suite, PowerBI, NGC
- Support QA team and partners during Kaizen activities
- Build business cases to request IT resources to be presented to upper management
- Manage and maintain an active directory for all user accounts
- Train teams on QA BI Tools, functions and data analytics
- Work on integrating CG internal and external systems to maximize efficiency, as required
- Follow service providers trainings and continuous education programs
- Stay abreast of vendor’s updates, industry benchmarks and propose improvements accordingly
- Any other ad hoc requests

**Experience, Education and Designations: Needs updating**
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
- 2 - 3 years experience working in programming and data analytics
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent
- Experience leading successful Continuous Improvement projects
- Experience with Microsoft Suite/D365/PowerBI, NGC, Salesforce and TrackVia is an asset
- Experience in apparel manufacturing an asset

**Working Conditions**:

- Hybrid between Office, Warehouse & Manufacturing Environment (on site three days a week)
