Solar Technician

We are looking for a **Solar Techinician **to join our team to help us **respond to customer troubleshooting inquiries, installer queries and other technical responsibilites**. You will be working on the frontlines of our fast-paced business, helping us respond to customer needs and create content to help prevent repeatable queries.

As an integral part of our technical team, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to post sales technical customer inquiries
- Performing virtual troobleshooting
- Prodviding rapid and accurate technical solutions
- Creating content to prevent future technical inquiries including written documents, step by step guides, instructional videos.
- Assembly of products and ongoing training during downtime.

To succeed in this job, you will need:

- Excellent written & spoken communication skills (English)
- Keen attention to detail
- High degree of knowledge of **Solar Systems, solar inverters, batteries.**:

- Customer service skills
- Positive & energetic attitude
- Warm & friendly with outstanding people skills

We will provide on the job training and guide you through the process but **industry experience is a major plus.**
