Site Supervisor

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets specified standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with project estimators to develop budgets and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and schedules.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics; familiarity with Bluebeam is preferred.
- Experience with construction estimating and budgeting practices.
- Knowledge of quality control measures in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus; experience with ProCore is highly desirable.
