Studio Manager (Floral Design Experience Required)

**Full-Time - Maternity Leave Coverage**

Foxglove Studio is hiring a **Studio Manager** with strong floral design experience to lead daily studio operations during a full-time maternity leave coverage contract.

This is a **management-focused role** with hands-on floral design responsibilities. You will oversee studio workflows, lead the team, support clients, manage projects, and ensure all work aligns with Foxglove’s design standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, schedules, and workflows
- Lead floral design for weddings, events, workshops, and installations
- Conduct client consultations and create design proposals
- Facilitate workshops and in-studio experiences
- Lead event setup, installation, and strike
- Navigate and manage studio software and systems
- Lead and support studio staff and freelancers

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years professional floral design experience
- Experience in a management, lead, or operational role
- Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Able to work independently and make decisions

**What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days**
- Studio operations run smoothly under your leadership
- Client consultations and proposals are handled independently
- Floral projects and workshops are executed on time and to standard
- The team looks to you as the primary studio lead

**This Role Is Not For**
- Junior designers
- Applicants seeking a purely creative role
- Individuals uncomfortable with leadership or operational responsibility

**Details**
- Full-time maternity leave coverage contract
- Weekday hours with additional event-based hours
- **Start Date: April 01 2026**
