**About Us**
Ultraseal Glass is a leading glass manufacturing company located in Etobicoke, Toronto. We specialize in high-performance insulated glass units (IGUs), tempered glass, offering a wide range of products to meet architectural and performance criteria across various industries.

We are seeking a skilled **Glass Cutter** to join our team. The Glass Cutter is responsible for cutting, shaping, and fabricating glass to meet customer specifications and ensure the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC cutting machines and manual cutters to cut and break glass accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision cutters to cut glass to specification.
- Load/unload glass materials and transport glass to designated areas.
- Measure, mark, and inspect glass for defects or imperfections.
- Fabricate insulated glass units using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Maintain proper use of PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Support production processes including cleaning, organizing, and preparing glass.
- Assist in building window frames and general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a glass cutter or in a manufacturing is an asset.
- Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, calipers, and basic machinery.
- Willingness to learn how to operate a CNC glass cutting machine.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle glass.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable with a good attendance record and strong work ethic.
- Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
