The Winnipeg Free Press employs a staff of over 400 employees and is a full-service marketing and communications company that focuses its energy on the things we do best: providing news and information to subscribers.

Currently, the Winnipeg Free Press Finance Department has an exceptional opportunity for a full time **CREDIT REPRESENTATIVE** to join our team.

Your duties will include:

- Administration of advertising accounts receivables for our products.
- Be a service provider to both internal and external customers.
- Grant credit and general accounts receivable administration in accordance with company policy.
- Daily collection contact and related follow up.
- Account adjustments as required.
- Application of payments in accordance with an open-item accounts receivable system.
- Daily monitoring of accounts, related reports, and general administrative duties.
- Ensure customer files are accurate, complete, and up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS
- One to two years experience in credit and collections.
- Education should include basic accounting skills and/or related work experience.
- Computer proficient in a Microsoft based office environment.
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment.
- Commitment to teamwork, excellence and success.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
