Location: 688 Queensdale Ave, Hamilton, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- General Family Practice Clinic patients
- Well adult and well child visits including vaccinations, PAP smears, Prenatal
- Review laboratory results and inbox requests
- Consult and work with MD, RN and medical office assistant

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Physician Assistant certification
- Experience in a Family Practice setting preferred
- Ability to work with existing team members

This position is for two days per week, Monday & Thursday preferred but can accommodate schedule to some degree. There is an excellent opportunity for long term if a good fit moving forward.
