Campbell River RV & Marine is a well-established RV & Marine dealership and service center located on Vancouver Island, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and customization of recreational vehicles. We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an RV Technician Apprentice. As an RV Technician Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced RV technicians to gain hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of RV systems and components, including:

- Electrical (12V/120V systems)
- Plumbing (fresh water, grey and black tanks)
- HVAC (heating and air conditioning)
- Propane systems
- Appliance repair
- Slide-out and leveling systems
- Exterior and interior maintenance

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior technicians with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and shop procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Document work performed and parts used
- Support general shop duties as needed

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning a skilled trade
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

**Preferred but not required**:

- Previous experience in automotive, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades
- Basic tool set

Pay: $19.56-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
