Water Damage Manager

On Side Restoration is looking for a Water Damage Manager to join our team Reporting to the Operations Manager, Water Damage Managers oversee branch Water Damage Teams.

The Water Damage Manager is all about leading people, a history of working with water damaged properties and getting work done to keep clients satisfied. Overseeing all water damage personnel, the Water Damage Manager must have superior knowledge of water damage restoration and asbestos remediation, and have the ability to build great teams and working relationships. The Water Damage Manager needs to be highly knowledgeable of all types of restoration and stay up to date on all health and safety standards.

**What you Bring to the Team**
- Bilingual French/English: Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
- 10+ years experience in water damage.
- 5+ years in asbestos remediation.
- IICRC certification
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role and employee management.
- Previous water damage experience and applicable IICRC certification. A combination of experience and education will be evaluated
- Training abilities and a passion for helping teams get ‘it’ right the first time
- Strong technical knowledge in specialty drying situations
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
- Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines
- Clear criminal background check
- Working knowledge of building codes
- Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

- On Side Après-Sinistre est à la recherche d’un directeur en dégâts d’eau, pour rejoindre notre équipe  Sous la responsabilité du directeur des opérations, le directeur en dégâts d’eau supervise les équipes des dommages causés par l’eau des succursales.

Le directeur en dégâts d’eau est avant tout un leader, ayant une expérience de travail avec des propriétés endommagées par l’eau et une capacité à accomplir les tâches nécessaires pour satisfaire les clients. En supervisant tout le personnel lié aux dommages causés par l’eau, le directeur en dégâts d’eau doit avoir une connaissance approfondie des services après sinistre causé par l’eau et la décontamination d'amiante, et doit avoir la capacité de constituer d’excellentes équipes et de développer de bonnes relations de travail. Le directeur en dégâts d’eau doit avoir une connaissance approfondie de tous les types de services après sinistre et se tenir au courant de toutes les normes de santé et de sécurité.

**Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe**
- Bilingue français/anglais: Nécessite d’interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays
- Expérience de plus de 10 ans en dommages causés par l’eau.
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans en décontamination d'amiante.
- Certification IICRC
- Expérience de plus de 2 ans dans un poste de leadership et la gestion d'employés.
- Capacités de formation et une passion pour aider les équipes à « bien faire les choses »
