Project Manager

**Description**

The Portfolio Company will provide the commercial airline industry, hotels, and other travel vendors the ability to offer a range of direct purchase options of their services to customers. The Project Manager will actively ensure overall projects intent and prioritization is maintained across all ongoing development activities, and assess the efficacy of all ongoing work of the Portfolio Company development team.

**About Scrawlr**

Scrawlr is a company building a software platform and series of products dedicated to enabling alternative forms of communication layered on existing internet content, together with delivering superior monetization flexibility and content ownership for content generators. We have recently completed our internal beta and are preparing for our external beta. We are looking forward to bringing on additional like-minded individuals to assist in product launch. The founder, board of directors, and lead investors in Scrawlr have a strong background in a variety of successful, transformational startups, and we are building our platform alongside a number of other startups within a successful ecosystem.

**Compensation**

$65,000-$80,000 per annum plus an options grant commensurate with capacity for contribution to the team

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring overall projects intent and current prioritization of tasks is maintained across all ongoing development activities
- Completing assessment of ongoing work within the production teams
- Generating and managing project/team/individual KPI reporting via internal tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Identifying and completing analysis of staffing deficiencies within the production teams
- Completing project reports, including all required updates on progress, potential impediments to success, and key required action items
- Participating in quality assurance activities and [directing/proposing] resource allocation/reprioritization based on QA process feedback

**Required Skills & Experience**
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a technical project management
- A technical background with a solid understanding of, and/or hands-on experience with, software engineering and infrastructure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills

**Nice to have**
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Experience with issue tracking software flow automation
- A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a dev agency or company environments
- Experience with JIRA/Atlassian products and/or Jira alternatives
- Experience in quality assurance procedures planning and implementation
- Working knowledge of UX/digital design
