**Technical Writer**
6 Months (Contract)

We are seeking a Technical Writer for Integration of Business Requirements into System Documentation

Role:

- Review and analyze the existing business requirements documents to identify common themes and integrate them into a single, cohesive system documentation.
- Ensure that the integrated set of system documentation accurately reflects the requirements of their clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Create documentation that is easily understandable, accessible, and usable by all relevant teams involved in the project.
- Ensure that the integrated set of system documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date, reflecting any changes in business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Reviewing and analyzing existing business requirements documents.
- Consolidating and integrating the information into a single set of system documentation.
- Ensuring the documentation reflects the requirements of all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to validate and identify gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation.

The deliverables of this project will include:

- A single, integrated set of system documentation.
- A report on the analysis and consolidation of the business requirements documents.
- A plan for maintaining and updating the system documentation.

After reviewing the documents, the technical writer will create an outline for the integrated system documentation to be created in Confluence. This outline will be shared with the Product Manager for approval before moving forward. Once the outline is approved, the technical writer will begin integrating the information from the various documents into template in Confluence.

The integrated system documentation will include a comprehensive overview of the system, its functionality, and its features. It will also include detailed information on system architecture, data flow, security measures, and other technical details necessary for system development and maintenance.

Throughout the project, the technical writer will collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the integrated system documentation.

- Strong knowledge and working experience with JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3.
