We are now seeking a Greenhouse Assistant/Maintenance Lead to add to our team. To thrive in this unique position, one must harbor a profound sense of curiosity for plant growth, and a willingness to experiment as we continually enrich our catalog with novel varieties. This role is for those who find joy in the journey of discovery, fostering growth, and cultivating diversity within our herbal oasis, along with a desire to take on a lead role in maintaining the facility and property in all aspects of general maintenance.
As our Greenhouse Assistant/Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for maximizing propagation efficiency, leading our team of greenhouse staff, and fulfilling production and shipping schedules. As the Maintenance Lead, you will take on the role of identifying, repairing or replacing and maintaining the facility and property in all aspects of general maintenance.
