- We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant in Mobile and API Automation to join our dynamic team. As a Principal Consultant, you will lead technical projects, provide expertise in automation strategies, and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design automation frameworks, and ensure successful implementation of mobile and API automation solutions._
- Responsibilities_
- _Design and develop automation frameworks for both mobile and API testing to ensure scalability, reusability, and performance._
- _Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and define testing strategies and automation roadmaps for mobile and API environments._
- _Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing technical leadership and fostering best practices within the team._
- _Review code, design, and implementation to ensure quality and maintainability of automation solutions._
- _Automate test scenarios for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and RESTful APIs to support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines._
- _Perform code reviews and provide recommendations to improve test coverage and efficiency._
- _Troubleshoot issues in both mobile and API automation environments, offering solutions and optimizing test cases for improved speed and reliability._
- _Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile and API testing and automation._
- _Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance on test automation strategies and aligning with business objectives._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field._
- _Proven experience in mobile and API automation, including hands-on work with mobile test automation tools._
- _Proven experience leading a testing team and managing complex testing projects._
- _Strong hands-on experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and frameworks._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment._
- _Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders._
- _Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion._
- _Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus._
