Massotherapy Instructor

**Summary of Position**:
The Massage Therapy Instructor’s role is to plan, prepare and deliver quality classroom instruction in lecture and/or practical format based on the approved curricula.

**Primary Duties**:

- We are looking for an energetic, talent, flexible person to join our instructor team.
- Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance policies while reviewing the syllabus at the beginning of each course
- Manage classroom teaching and environment through active instructor presence to promote positive classroom discipline and control, timely class meetings and appropriate use of furniture and equipment

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lecture according to the curriculum
- Create an effective adult learning environment, facilitating learning and classroom management
- Instruct student practice
- Evaluate the student progress
- Organize the students activities
- Other teaching related works

**Qualifications**
- Valid massage therapy instructor certification
- Extensive knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in teaching or training in a classroom or clinical setting
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans
- Commitment to student success and professional development in the field of massage therapy

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
