**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Take drink orders from customers or servers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat business.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Proven bartending experience with a solid understanding of drink recipes and techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Experience in cash handling and cashiering within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
