**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Support the setup of internal systems, hiring processes, and vendor coordination
- Work closely with leadership on project oversight and client delivery
- Coordinate with international teams across Asia and other regions to align on tasks and timelines
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and guiding new team members
- Contribute to the development of workflows, documentation, and operational standards
- Monitor performance of early-stage projects and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategies, including upcoming service offerings
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or leadership roles
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, Trello, or Slack
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across time zones with international teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accountability and follow-through
- Self-driven and adaptable, with ambition to grow into a senior leadership position
**Details**
- Location: Chatham, ON (in-person collaboration required, with some remote flexibility)
- Onboarding and mentorship will be provided directly by company leadership
- Start Date: As soon as possible
