Journeyperson Plumber

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install plumbing systems according to code
- Build and maintain plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Plumber and/or an HVAC Technician.
- Clean criminal record
- You must take initiative, be motivated and driven.
- Must have a driver's license, clean driver's abstract and your own vehicle.
- Knowledge and understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively is an asset.
- You must supply your own hand tools, and be proficient with power tools.
- You must be mechanically inclined.
- You will be required to wear steel toed shoes or boots.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Must be capable of independent work.
- Effective time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting heavy materials, sometimes repeatedly.
- Must be well organized
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
