We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Area Manager to lead and drive our retail operations to new heights. If you have a strong background in retail management and a passion for the sports industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Peak Performance is on an exciting journey of growth within the DTC channels, and you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our store managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. As a Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for the emerging Vancouver market, opening and overseeing multiple store’s for ensuring their success, and driving sales growth. The position must be based from the Vancouver or near surrounding area in BC.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and motivating store managers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Providing guidance and support to store managers in areas such as customer service, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess performance, ensure adherence to company standards, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and merchandising, to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
- Analyzing sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable plans.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all store locations.

- Proven track record of success in retail management, preferably within the sports industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with store managers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data and make informed decisions.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Flexibility to travel and work across multiple stores as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
