The sales/production aide provides many duties around the store, primarily focusing on providing excellent customer service and supportive Supervision to part-time staff.

Production workers should have a strong work ethic, a go-getter attitude, and be able to keep up with the fast-paced environment.

This role is 32 hours per week plus Saturday rotation

Monday-Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and 1-2 Saturdays per month 9:30 am - 6 pm.

Specific Accountabilities
Greet customers at the till and while accepting donations
Handle general inquiries from customers
Communicate with all customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
Responsible for performing cash out/in on Saturday shift
Sorting donations as they come in

Tagging and pricing donations for resale

**Qualifications**:
High School Diploma required

Minimum of 2 years working in a retail setting

Experience as a Supervisor is considered an asset
Able to lift 30-50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
Strong customer service, computer, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
