The Operations & Personal Assistant Role is responsible for supporting the company and clients, with an exceptional client experience through turning creative genius-ness into processes, systems, and task for efficient operations. This experience and passion for the brand is conveyed through creating a world class, luxury client experience. We support coaches across the globe get their brands out into the world, through our coaching and consulting services. We equipt female change makers and visionaries around the globe with the blueprint, the conversation, and real-time implementation support through a world class, luxury experience like none-other, to create the life & business of their dreams. This is for someone who wants to do the job, but also have the most fun ever Then this might be PERFECT This is NOT a typical clock in at 9, clock out at 5 kinda' role Because we work with clients across the globe, you MUST be open to flexible hours to send messages, hop on a quick call etc. **Responsibilities**: - **Meeting Support**: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare concise summaries or action points as required. - **Calendar Management**: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the professors, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization. - **Encyclopedic knowledge of all programs a**nd coaching offered to direct potential clients to. - **Operations and standard procedure creation** on tools like asana, google drive, airtable etc. to create smooth workflows and processes - **Reach out to podcast guests for bookings**: - Tracking payments, client communications, sending out gifts in the mail to clients... **Working vibe**: Everyday is a bit different. **Some days are focused on client care**: tracking failed payments, communicating with clients ensuring our brand culture, mission, vision, and standard, effectively. **Some days are focused on sending out links on new offers**:Establishing a world class luxury experience, and brand consistency from the second a client comes across our content through social media, through their onboarding, renewal, and so on. As well as, responding to client messages regarding product and program information. This could also mean creating quick sales pages. **Some days are focused on finding gaps and streamlining our operations **Creating SOP’s and develop operational plans to ensure effective use of company resources while achieving business goals The vibe of this role is being my right hand lead, and having tons of fun **Some days are focused on brainstorming and vision casting for our next programs,** offers, or just simply conquering the world ;-) But, in all seriousness, we want someone who wants to really build something huge and wants to be apart of the movement we're creating, while having the time of our lives.
