**The Opportunity**
**Part Time - 0.50 FTE, 5 shifts biweekly**
Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.08 - $26.42
Reporting to the Shepherd’s Care Gardens Program Manager, the Scheduler performs duties to help coordinate the day-to-day activities related to scheduling and resident task assignments. The Scheduler acts as a receptionist for the team, delivers mail, enters data in to health records, creates admission folders for new residents, schedules employees including filling vacant shifts, and maintains inventory supplies.

Shepherd’s Care Foundation is a mission driven, faith-based, not-for-profit organization providing quality care and accommodations to more than 900 seniors throughout Edmonton and in Barrhead. Our seven campuses provide living options for residents with a full spectrum of care needs, including independent living, supportive living, and supportive living with dementia, long-term care, and complex care.
