Carpenter

**_C&M Building Contractors Limited provides 24/7 emergency response in the Insurance Restoration Industry. We provide services for residential, commercial building, and industrial properties._**

**_We are currently seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team._**

**_Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _**

**_Skills/Knowledge _**
- _Knowledge of residential & commercial construction_
- _Ability to complete required demolition._
- _Solid understanding building materials, tools and equipment required to complete specified demolition & construction tasks & projects._
- _Able to work flexible hours and out of town._
- _Prompt and dependable._
- _Energetic and enthusiastic disposition._
- _Ability to work independently or as a part of a team._

**_Education & Qualifications_**
- _Clean certificate of conduct._
- _Valid driver license/ clean driving record._
- _High School diploma._
- _Trade school considered an asset. _
- _Working knowledge of building codes._
- _Fall Protection, First Aid, WHMIS training considered as asset._
- _Construction / Carpentry experience required._

**Salary**: $17.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
