The **Store Manager, Sales,** plays a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by overseeing the team of sales associates, setting sales targets, and guaranteeing these goals are met or exceeded. They are committed to assisting every client and making sure their visit is the finest experience possible.

**To do so, the Store Manager, Sales will be expected to**
- Work in collaboration with the Store Director and the Store Manager, Operations, to set the wheels in motion to achieve the sales plan each month.
- Help the sales team through coaching, training, closing a sale, and more.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve potential customer issues.
- Handle performance evaluations if needed.
- Develop meaningful relationships with each client.
- Business development, customer relations and promotion of the store within the community.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously.
- Foster an environment that puts the client at the forefront.
- Manage the store when the Store Director and Store Manager, Operations are absent.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in retail; experience in luxury sales and/or jewelry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Coaching and leadership abilities
- Strong team player
- Knowledge of English & French
- Available evenings and weekends
