- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of electrical products

- Respond to inquiries and process incoming calls and orders
- Sources materials for customers when currently not in stock
- Verify the accuracy of orders from customers
- Respond professionally to all product returns
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries and overall service
- Respond to requests for order changes
- Maintain product displays

Strong communication skills and the ability to present well are highly valued. Bilingualism is a asset.
