As a Door to Door Lead Representative, you will be proactively promoting Eco Paving products and services to new customers. Targeting communities that we have previously done projects in, and promoting our products in the market. You don’t have to be an experienced sales expert - that is something we can teach you.

**Available Shifts**:
Monday to Saturday Full Time + Part Time (Day + Evenings)

**Responsibilities**:

- **You will be responsible to go door to door, presenting our product in communities that we have previously done work, discovering new opportunities.**:

- Interacting directly with consumers to best understand how to build value and customize the service to their individual needs.
- Being proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase your portfolio.
- Building rapport with customers while retaining product knowledge and producing leads in a field environment.
- Speaking to individuals in the community in a residential setting, trade shows, events, and business-to-business opportunities.
- Booking estimates with potential clients across multiple areas.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Researching and analyzing consumer trends, data, and preferences.
- Developing and implementing advertising campaigns to reach our target audience.
- Writing copy for advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Creating graphics for advertisements and other marketing materials.
- Conducting market research on potential customers.
- Developing ad copy that is persuasive and appealing to potential customers.
- Producing reports on the results of the marketing campaigns.
- Preparing reports on the results of the marketing campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or sales preferred.

**Salary**: $150.00-$275.00 per day

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
