_**Description**_

We are looking for friendly and outgoing sales associates willing to work both independently and as a team. We are seeking individuals with a passion for plant-based all-natural skincare and wellness products.
- _Duties and Responsibilities_*
- Welcoming customers and understand our brand mission to engage with customers looking to improve their wellbeing.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Sensitiva products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships and provide a consistent customer experience each and every visit.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Process sales on POS
- Restock merchandise as required and ensure visual displays are maintained
- **Qualifications**_
- Experience as a retail sales associate.
- Friendly, outgoing and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task whilst being attentive to customers and any other needs for the store.
- Retail sales experience: 1 year +
- Experience in the beauty, skin care or wellness industry an asset.

Must be available Monday to Thursday, daytime.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
