We’re seeking an **Analyst, Investment **Finance **, **to partner with key stakeholders and peers to support and engage with our powerful networks of people, opportunities, and investments. **ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:
The analyst will be responsible for entering investment transactions and reporting related to R eal E state. He/she will be also responsible of the quality of the referential data in one of our main system, which is used by different groups and users within the organization.

As an **Analyst, Investment Finance **, **you’ll:

- Prepare the daily transactions in one of our main system that is used by many different users across the organization
- Ensure the quality of the investment’s referential data within the systems and perform data analysis from different sources: e.g., legal documents, General Partner’s reporting, Bloomberg etc.
- Assist in the preparation of the quarterly schedule of investments ( e.g., revaluation of cost/fair market value of underlying investments) and creation of new underlying companies link to fund investment when necessary
- Assist in department initiative and special projects
- Prepare complete, accurate and timely information for accounting, reporting and management purposes, at month end, quarter end, year-end and on an ad-hoc basis
- Assist in various other tasks specific to the team’s activities, including Ad Hoc requests
- Build strong and professional relationship with our internal business partners

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- 2 to 4 years of related working experience
- Bachelor’s degree in ac counting or business administration
- Professional designation (CPA-CA, CPA-CGA or CPA-CMA) is considered an asset
- Experience in financial services is an asset
- Bilingualism required (fluency in French and English)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to quickly master computer systems
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal guidance
- Team spirit and ability to work in a high-performance culture
- High degree of professionalism with strong spoken and written communication skills
