**Overview**
R&T is a company providing dietary services in long-term care home. We are now seeking dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that residents receive nutritious and appealing meals in a clean and safe environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and serving meals according to resident dietary needs.
- Follow specific dietary instructions for allergies, medical conditions, and cultural preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and food prep areas.
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or long-term care preferred.
- **Food Handler Certificat**e or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work in a team.
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move food trays as needed.
- **Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin is strongly preferred.**
