If you answered “yes” to these questions, we want to hear from you Grizzly Trail Motors is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Finance Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible ensuring all documentation is in place for vehicle financing and for offering expert advice on finance options, vehicle protection plans and personal coverage relating to the ownership of the vehicle. Top performers in this role can earn upwards of $100,000 annually.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recommend insurance options, extended warranty, protection packages and aftermarket products to our customers and obtain their approval to add the products to their deal
- Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle
- Working closely with sales staff and management to close deals and ensure our customers receive an exceptional buying experience
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Maximize dealership profitability through effective deal structuring and back-end product penetration
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service program
- Performs other tasks and duties as required
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Previous Automotive Sales or Finance Manger experience, or experience in a lending capacity at a financial institution is required
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to build relationships
- Strong aptitude for numbers
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work with a team and thrive in a collaborative environment
