**Responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities**

• Managers who have responsibility across multiple job families (e.g. Quality Assurance & Quality Control).
• Develop elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
• Ability to communicate the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
• Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
• Handles department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.

**To be successful in this role you will have**

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality. **Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Quality Management.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, manufacturing/production process control methodologies
• Guiding and implementing change Exceptional analytical and problem solving
• Leading Quality Management System operations
• Managing site certifications and working with registrar and customer auditors
• Overseeing and working with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Working with quality tools and continuous Improvement methods, including but not limited to RCA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, A3 Thinking
