Painter

**Role Description**

We are hiring experienced **Painters** to work on multiple projects inside our production facility.

**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Ensure smooth and even coatings, addressing drips, streaks, and inconsistencies.
- Perform touch-ups and final finishes, including caulking and sealing.
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines for all painting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each shift.
- Assist in inspections and quality control processes.
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Required Experience**:

- **2-5 years** of professional painting experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Skilled in the **safe use of painting tools and equipment**, including sprayers, rollers, and brushes.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining **high-quality standards**.
- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to produce clean, professional finishes.
- Ability to work from ladders & scissor lifts.
- Physically capable of **lifting up to 50 pounds**.
- Strong **verbal communication** and ability to follow instructions.
- **Flexible and willing to work long hours** if required.

**Location**:
This role is based at our 135,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in **Crossfield, Alberta**, located 20 minutes north of Calgary. Strategically positioned near a High Load Corridor, we can transport loads up to 9 meters high to various parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and the United States. Our employees reside in Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding communities.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
