**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keep the Magic Flowing**:

- Help lead the team to deliver top-notch service and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Make sure our kitchen and dining areas are sparkling and our food is always hot and fresh.
- **Lead the Team Like a Pro**:

- Motivate and support your crew, from training new hires to celebrating team wins.
- Create a fun, positive atmosphere where everyone feels like part of the Burger King family.
- **Make Every Guest Feel Special**:

- Handle customer feedback with grace and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Bring your charm and energy to ensure our guests get the best experience possible.
- **Manage the Numbers**:

- Keep an eye on inventory and help with ordering to make sure we’re always stocked and ready.
- Assist with cash handling and ensure the books are balanced and accurate.
- **Drive Sales and Fun**:

- Help hit those sales goals and get creative with promotions and specials.
- Keep the restaurant’s look and feel on point, and make sure our brand shines through.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a bonus.
- Previous experience in a leadership role in food service is preferred, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude go a long way
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep cool under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
