**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality patient care across a wide range of medical issues, including acute care and pain management.
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and perform necessary procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in data collection for research purposes to improve clinical practices.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
- Manage pediatric cases effectively, ensuring appropriate care for younger patients.
- Engage in home care visits when necessary to provide ongoing support for patients.
**Requirements**:
- Medical degree (MD or MBBS) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with electronic health records, particularly Ava.

**Remuneration**
- The clinic operates both on PCCPM model and FFS model.
- The split is 75%-25%
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $250,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
