**Job Summary**
**Experience in supervising a call center required**
We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team.
Our experienced Call Center Supervisor is tasked with:
- supervising, training, motivating telemarketers, that are contacting homeowners and setting up appointments with those who are interested in acquiring an estimate on their windows or/and doors.
*calling prospects to book estimates
*confirming appointments of estimates
*logging appointments in our CRM system
*giving out estimates to our representatives
*miscellaneous call center tasks as needed

Work Hours:
Monday-Friday: 3:30-9:00
Saturdays 9:00-2:30
The wage starts at $20.00 plus bonuses.
Potential earnings are unlimited

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 33 per week
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
