Toronto, Canada Flex Point Security Full time

**Role Responsibility**:
To provide protection of physical and human resources at sites assigned in a professional and courteous manner.

**Specific duties performed and essential functions (but not limited to)**:
Accountable to the Operations Manager or Site Supervisor - as designated.
- Perform all duties with an authoritative and professional presence
- Maintain a high level of exceptional customer service
- Performance of all regular and special patrol functions in accordance with Site Orders
- Ensuring, prior to commencement to shift uniform is neat and clean and conforms to regulations as prescribed by the Flex Point employee standards document
- Being familiar with, and reviewing periodically, all Site and/or Post Orders, Company Regulations, Standing Orders, and Special Directives for site/Event
- Completing for each shift worked all reports, Incident Logs, and other documentation as required
- Undertaking, as a condition of Employment, all internal and external security training courses, as required by the Operations Manager
- Attending all staff meetings
- Reporting to the Operations Manager or Site Supervisor any action, condition, or special problem which could endanger security staff or violate conditions of work

**Responsibilities**:

- At all times, maintain a valid Ontario Security Guard License
- At all times, maintain the confidentiality of all information relative to FPS operations, and staff
- At all times, maintain the confidentiality of highly-sensitive customer information
- Represent and promote the values and vision of FPS both internally and externally while following all FPS policies and procedures
- For all shifts keep a factual, detailed, and accurate report of all activities, observations, and incidents
- Complete other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management

**Requirements for Employment**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Must be highly skilled in English - both verbal and written
- Able to produce detailed and accurate notes and reports
- Be able to maintain a calm and professional manner in high-stress, confrontational situations

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
