**Seeking Volunteer Director for Three Year Term - August 2025**

Algonquin Family Health Team (AFHT) is a team of inter-professional health care providers and Family Physicians in Huntsville who’s mission it is to provide our community with patient-centered quality health care using evidence and team-based care. Our vision is to deliver excellent team-based primary care and lead the way for equitable access to health care services.

The AFHT is currently seeking a volunteer Director to serve on our Board for a three-year term.
- Legal, Financial, Public Administration
- Data and IT
- Social Services, Community Services, Healthcare
- Patient, Family Caregiver Experience

Directors must be 18 years of age or more and without a criminal record and not being in an undischarged bankruptcy.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $0.01 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Huntsville, ON P1H 1H7
