**Responsabilités**
- Mettre en place et maintenir des systèmes pour optimiser les opérations de l'usine.
- Superviser et gérer le personnel de l'usine impliqué dans les processus de fabrication et d'assemblage.
- Diriger des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
- Utiliser des connaissances mécaniques pour résoudre les problèmes de production.
- Coordonner avec le responsable des approvisionnements pour assurer la livraison ponctuelle des matériaux, soutenant ainsi des opérations de production fluides.
- Mettre en œuvre et surveiller les mesures de contrôle de la qualité pour garantir que les produits respectent les spécifications.
- Assurer le respect des règlements de sécurité et promouvoir une culture de sécurité au sein de l'usine.
- Être adaptable et disposé à accomplir diverses tâches opérationnelles selon les besoins.
**Expérience**
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle de gestion dans un environnement de fabrication, avec un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience.
- Expérience dans la gestion des personnes et la direction d'équipes.
- Capacité à gérer une usine et à garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
- Expérience dans l'entretien des entretiens, la planification des nouvelles embauches, la conduite des évaluations de performance et la gestion du cycle complet des employés, de l'intégration à la sortie.
- Aptitude mécanique pour comprendre et résoudre les problèmes des machines de l'usine.
- Expérience des processus et procédures de contrôle de la qualité.
- Solides compétences en leadership et gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et de guider le personnel.
- Expérience des protocoles de sécurité dans un environnement de fabrication.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Implement and maintain systems to optimize plant operations.
- Supervise and manage plant staff involved in fabrication and assembly processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with the supply manager to ensure timely delivery of materials, supporting seamless production operations.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the plant.
- Be adaptable and willing to perform various operational tasks as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience in managing people and leading teams.
- Ability to run a factory and ensure smooth operations.
- Experience in interviewing, planning new hires, conducting performance reviews, and handling the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot plant machinery.
- Experience in quality control processes and procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Experience with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Bilingual (French and English).
