**Job Title**: Business Analyst, ECP

**Location**: Truro

**Department**:Operations

**Reports To**: Director, Operations & Supply Chain

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support product management group with customer price setting and analysis.
- Work with Procurement and product management group to understand the impact of changing input costs to profitability measures and identify price increase opportunities related to resins/additives, inflation, fx rates, ocean freight, tariffs/duties, etc.
- Monitor cube reports for compliance with customer pricing strategies and profitability targets on an ongoing basis.
- Support product management group with running and interpreting cube reports.
- Work with finance to develop reporting, budgets, and forecasts related to supply chain activities, including monthly freight/tariff accruals.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics (inventory turnover, lead times, fulfillment rates, etc.) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and develop dashboards and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a supply chain or finance environment.
- Strong experience with data analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning processes, preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, preferred.
