**Job Overview**

We are a private Swim School. It is preferred that you have your own pool but mandatory to have a driver license and access to a car if you plan to travel for lessons.

**Responsibilities**
- Educate students on swimming techniques, water safety, and proper breathing methods.
- Conduct individual and semi-private swim lessons tailored to various skill levels.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment, including poolside areas.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
- Travel to and from clients homes. Manage your own schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a swim instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
- Ability to educate and motivate students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguarding is Mandarory.
- Must be patient, enthusiastic, and able to create an encouraging atmosphere for learners.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
