Auto Body Technician

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting.
- Replace or repair damaged parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all repairs meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to streamline workflow and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role within a dealership or automotive repair setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools and hand tools safely.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
