**Position Overview**:
The Product Information Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining data platform systems, ensuring accurate data entry, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the seamless integration of data platforms with other tools such as Asana and related asset management platforms.

This role also includes ensuring that assets are organized, stored, and accessible across teams. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and fluency in French are required to ensure accuracy and compliance in all data, assets, and communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Management & Support**
- Provide technical support and maintenance for data platform systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Perform data entry and validation, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage integration of data platform specialists with Asana project boards to streamline project workflows.
- Troubleshoot and escalate system issues to technical support or leadership when needed.

**Packaging & Marketing Material Management**
- Ensure all assets are accurately captured and linked within our database platform, including labels, product content sheets, technical info sheets, and website content.
- Monitor and manage time-sensitive workflows, ensuring all packaging and marketing updates are executed in proper sequence to meet regulatory requirements, market launch deadlines, and retail readiness timelines.

**Proofreading & Language Accuracy**
- Perform proofreading in both English and French to ensure accuracy in product information, marketing materials, and data platforms
- Validate bilingual content for consistency, compliance, and clarity.
- Act as a quality control point to prevent errors before publication or distribution.

**Training & Process Improvement**
- Complete initial and ongoing data platform specialist training to stay current with system updates and processes.
- Document workflows and create best practice guidelines for team members.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors across systems and workflows.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing, Creative Services, Regulatory and other cross-functional teams.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on projects and data needs.
- Support collaborative projects and provide timely updates on progress and deliverables.

**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Provide support with administrative and operational tasks related to data platforms and management systems, and overall marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Support team leaders with reporting, scheduling, and project coordination.

**Tools & Platforms**
- Oversee the organization and management of digital assets to ensure they are structured, accessible, and aligned with company standards.
- Implement and maintain clear systems for tagging, version control, and storage to support efficient collaboration across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all assets are accurate, current, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluency in French and English - both written and spoken.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with digital asset management systems and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Comfort with learning and navigating new technical systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels.
- Experience supporting data-driven systems and marketing operations preferred.
