This person will help in providing around the clock leadership and coverage to our airline partners and team members. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges our Leads may be facing. You will be working closely with the Above the Wing team, GSE department as well as maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who as the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation.
