If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, we want you Executive Aviation is looking for a Ramp Coordinator for our Vancouver Below the Wing team. This person will help in providing around the clock leadership and coverage to our airline partners and team members. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges our Leads may be facing. You will be working closely with the Above the Wing team, GSE department as well as maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who as the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation. We want to see you grow and reach your goals The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation. **Responsibilities** - Leading and developing the local training program - Maintaining documentation and records including air carrier trainer matrixes - Scheduling and facilitating course material to meet initial and recurrent requirements - Represent EA in carrier train the trainer programs - Providing hands on job shadowing instruction - Providing instruction and coaching employees on best practices - Providing equipment demonstration and instruction - Promoting safe work practices **Qualifications** - Training experience - Demonstrated ability to lead by example by creating a positive learning and working environment - Must have RAIC, AVOP and a driver’s license - Ability to travel, with reimbursement - Ability to work all shifts (nights, weekends etc.) - Demonstrated reliability and punctuality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Flexible and patient characteristics rvH1xCamTX
