Paving Foreman

Duties Include:

- Over seeing workers and maintaining quality work
- Maintain company policies
- Double checking measurements, ordering asphalt and trucks.
- Responsible for organizing maintenance and helping in the shop
- Responsible for checking grades and proper waterfall before, during and after paving.
- Communicates to other crews what is expected when needed
- Be familiar with basic computer/iPad operation
- Be able to run grading crews as needed when not paving
- Communicate to the asphalt plan with tonnage needed
- Schedule trucks as needed
- Should be proficient in all areas of paving for training and quality control
- Work with project managers and try to maintain time and material quantities as budgeted
- Pick up supplies/parts as needed

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
