Our **FYidoctors Edmonton 107 Ave.** clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest** Patient Services Specialist**.
This position is a **casual role** working **0-19 hours per week**. Our clinic is open **Monday to Friday**.
You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Administering pre-testing services
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
**What Do You Bring?**
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
- An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
