**About the Role**
As a Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and repairing all control and instrumentation equipment at our facility. Working collaboratively within a team environment, you may also lead others in completing work assignments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on control and instrumentation equipment
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure efficient plant operations
- Establish control loop constants for optimal equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records and perform trend analyses on calibration instruments
- Provide guidance and training to other staff members as needed
- Participate in the Emergency Response Team and perform duties of plant operator in relief capacity
**Qualifications**
- Diploma from an accredited institution in Instrumentation Engineering Technology
- Journeyperson Certificate in Instrumentation Mechanics
- Valid driver's license
- Class 1 Operator Certificate issued by Saskatchewan Environment or ability to obtain within 2 years
- Additional certifications such as First Aid, WHMIS, HAZMAT, and confined space training are considered assets
